Returned merchandise must be shipped in original packaging and be in saleable condition with completed accessories. Any missing part will be automatically a 30% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns. There will be a 25 % restocking charge on the returned item. Any cancellation orders will be automatically result in a 20% charge. Manufacturers' warranties are processed by the manufacturers. For warranty concerns, questions or repairs, please contact the manufacturer. Payment Information: Payments accepted in US funds by MasterCard / Visa / Certified Check or Money Order. Please make your certified checks and money orders payable to Qualitek Industries, Inc. Credit Card orders require name, address, phone number, expiration date. New Jersey resident is subject to a 7% sales tax. We will add this to your order. Orders placed from outside of the US and Canada can now only be accepted when paid for in US funds.
